Brown is a 25 year retired U.S Army Senior Chief Warrant Officer

"I am running for City Council District 1, because I believe it is time for a new vision, new leadership and a renewed relationship with voters," said Brown. "My top priorities are crime prevention, public safety, better quality of life, job creation and economic/industrial Growth."

Brown is running for Fayetteville NC, City Council District 1. He is running against incumbent Kathy Jensen.
