PDA launched the Training Diversity online store in December, just in time for the 2011 calendar year. Along with industry leading diversity training resources, the online store also offers a blog to visitors, updated biweekly with research and resource reviews. The website is a wealth of information; business professionals may learn about diversity training, shop products, and assess the benefit of program implementation, all without leaving the online store. PDA acknowledges that many companies view diversity training as an unnecessary and ideological re-education that has little value in today’s fast paced work environment.
