This event will take place on Wednesday, January 12, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, at the Comfort Inn on 900 East Main Street in Meriden, CT. This event is free for AOACT and CT REIA members, and $59 for non-members.
The Apartment Owners Association of Connecticut is an organization that informs and educates apartment owners, property managers, landlords, and real estate investors. AOACT consists of seasoned investors that currently own thousands of rental units in Connecticut. AOACT is an organization that promotes responsible landlording and is an advocate for property owner rights.
