Online PR News – 05-January-2011 – – Kislin Environmentalrecently hired Wallace Michaelsas a senior environmental engineer. His responsibilities include managing the environmental and water resources engineering projects for Kislin Environmental's governmental and industrial clients.
Kislin Environmental is currently focusing on federal, state, and local governmental clients needing environmental management and regulatory compliance services, and those remediating and redeveloping formerly used defense, commercial or industrial sites.
Michaels has over 25 years experience in the environmental engineering field. He managed the environmental planning and permitting of a number of large, complex and controversial port, harbor, waterfront and coastal development projects, throughout the South Atlantic US and internationally in the Bahamas, Caribbean, and UAE.
Ellis graduated from Michigan University a BS degree in civil engineering and obtained his Masters of Engineering in civil engineering from MIT. He has published and presented papers at many international conferences.
Ellis is a registered Professional Engineer. He has also received further environmental training and certifications, including OSHA- HAZWOPER and FERC Environmental Compliance.
