Dr. Gould is board certified in pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation and a graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine Health Services in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residency at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan and is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association.
