India based software and IT consulting company Mindfire was selected to participate in an employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work Institute, India & the Economic Times

This survey was being conducted across various organizations in India as a part of the “India's Best Companies to Work For”-2011 study and the results are to be published in The Economic Times. This study was aimed at benchmarking employee perceptions of workplace environment against industry standards, which would in turn help to leverage on strengths and identify the areas for improvement.

The survey was based on trust index scores and its dimensions were credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, communication, competence & integrity, support & collaboration equity, impartiality and justice, job satisfaction , team spirit, hospitality & corporate image to name a few. Top areas that were identified as strength at Mindfire are right people at the right position are hired by Mindfire, so that that their skills and expertise are channelized in the right direction. Another area of strength that was identified was the employees are able to maintain a proper work-life balance at Mindfire, which is vital for the growth of the individuals as well as the organization.
