BIRMINGHAM, AL – Flower magazine kicks off a 10th anniversary celebration with the release of its May/June 2017 edition, on newsstands now. The issue features a new logo design and introduces a tagline – House | Garden | Lifestyle – that reflects its content.
“Flower grew out of my desire for a magazine that that reflects a lifestyle viewed through a botanical lens, not just flowers and gardens, but also people—interior and floral designers, artists, landscape architects, wedding and event planners, their clients, and more,” said Margot Shaw, founder and editor-in-chief. “A decade later, we continue to deliver the latest designs, tell the stories of those responsible for creating them, and convey how flowers influence our everyday lives.”
The May/June issue nods to Flower’s 10th anniversary, highlighting chic outdoor spaces and catching up with talented designers who have graced the pages in the past. The magazine also features Marshall Watson’s elegant interiors, a luncheon and entertaining tips from jewelry designer Elizabeth Locke, stylish florals from Mimi Brown, and a Hamptons travel guide from designer and author Charlotte Moss.
“Our readers are passionate about elegant living – from décor to entertaining to travel,” said Shaw. “With each issue, we provide them with a sophisticated experience tailored to these interests.”
