Inventory House see record high in landlord demand for Inventory services

Online PR News – 03-December-2010 – – The Inventory House, London’s leading property Inventory specialists, have reported a record high this month in the number of landlords requiring specialist inventory services.
Moving into November, each inventory clerk was confident of a busy month, however with the outbreak of Sir Stirling Moss being robbed tenants breaking out across national news the team has been inundated with bookings for their services.
Providing photographic records for all reports completed, the Inventory House have found the most popular service being the Inventory Check In service, allowing the report to be compiled and Check In service at the same time.
With this sharp increase in business, all inventory clerksand members of the inventory services team are looking forward to a well earned Christmas break:
“We have been out in all weathers ensuring that landlords receive the service they have heard about. Because we provide photographic records for every report, it does take some time compiling the reports, so I’m quite looking forward to having a couple of days off over the festive season” – Kevin Crack – The Inventory House
The Inventory House expect that although business (inventory London) will slow in December, demand will rise yet again in January when tenants review their accommodation and landlords push new properties to the market.
