The menu will be available for patrons to enjoy on Sat., February 11 and Tues., February 14.
The menu will feature foie parfait with house made brioche to start. Next, diners can choose either duck croquette with bitter greens and dried fruit or oyster with yuzu-radish mignonette. Following that course, diners can enjoy a choice of either oxtail tortellini served in its own braising liquid or grano arso orecchiette with artichoke sotto-olio. Next, a choice of either sturgeon with parsley sauce, mussel, fava, and black rice or short rib with celery root, carrot, and potato will be served. Finally, diners can savor a tantalizing dessert course by choosing either fruit tarte or red velvet.
Vegan and vegetarian options are available with advanced notice. Patrons should also advise staff of any other dietary restrictions in advance to ensure that proper accommodations are met.
Dinner is $55 per person and additional wine pairings will cost $35 per person.
