A melodious Star Eve by SURAJ JAGAN of Award Winning Hindi Movie 'Three Idiots' super-duper song "Give Me Some Sunshine" fame enchanted all the students at Lovely Professional University, today. The Occasion was the second day organization of three days National Level Tech- Festival 'Gyan Manthan-2010'.

Online PR News – 23-November-2010 – – A melodious Star Eve by SURAJ JAGAN of Award Winning Hindi Movie 'Three Idiots' super-duper song "Give Me Some Sunshine" fame enchanted all the students at Lovely Professional University, today. The Occasion was the second day organization of three days National Level Tech- Festival 'Gyan Manthan-2010'. He sang all his popular hits to lead the students to indescribable heights of emotions. Along with it, many Technical, Non-Technical Events, Extra-Curricular and Cultural Activities were also kept continuing to have the basic spirit of the tech fest alive.

On this occasion, welcoming this huge hit among the young generation of India, the Executive Dean of the University, Ms Rashmi Mittal said: " To be face to face with the great personalities with immense qualities, naturally, accords a strong feeling of positivism and scaling attitude to the young imbibing minds. Seeing the big lines before them, they also start dreaming to acquire the same heights. Our University always tries to make the students to avail of such opportunities as and when these come on their way."

The winner of the "Best Emerging Male Performer" award in the Max Stardust Award, Suraj received numerous accolades and applauds from many thousands of LPU as well as Guest students for his beautiful performances of "Give me Some Sunshine", "Rang De" from 'My Name is Khan', "Maula" from 'Hide and Seek', "Karthik Calling Karthik- title track" and "Tum Bhi Ho Wahi" from 'Kites'. These all great numbers have also been very well received with Indian music lovers. He also performed for his latest song "Sadka Kiya" from the movie 'I Hate Love Stories' which is currently topping the music charts. During these performances of extreme ecstasies the students kept floating rhythmically.

Thanking the organizing young Engineering students of LPU who accorded him a chance to be a great part of the Sea of students from all across the country and talking to the Media, he said: "For the moment I am just looking to make the most out of the love and blessings of all my well wishers and admirers. However, I would like to go back to composing and writing songs as Composing and writing is what I love the most. No doubt, I have come from a Rock Music background; however, my aim is to be a versatile singer to touch the heart and soul of each and every music loving entity."
