Author shares the tax tips she used to pay of $15K in tax debt
Online PR News – 01-January-2017 – San Francisco, CA – According to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, more than 8 million Americans owe back taxes. The majority has no strategy to pay. California's Kathy L. Stevens was once among this group. Stevens has published an e-book that brings resolution to this issue, her publicist announced today.
The author says that out of her desperation to save wages and get out of debt, came the genesis of her book. After doing the research and taking the right actions, she was able to pay off $15,000 in back taxes in three years.
"Kathy is incredibly unselfish," stated Fran Briggs, publicist to Kathy L. Stevens. "She was inspired to share her own strategies, as well as the strategies of industry experts, to help others eliminate their own tax debt."
Stevens said her mission is to provide a platform of education and support for people from all backgrounds who owe back taxes. She fully understands their predicament and speaks candidly about how she conquered her adversity.
"It may seem overwhelming, but it is possible to pay off your taxes and be free of the scrutiny of the IRS for good," she says. "I was able to pay off $15K that I owed in taxes to the IRS in 3 short years, and so can anyone who is willing to learn."
Kathy Stevens says she is contributing 100% of her sales to Giant Step, a Stockton, CA non-profit. She added that she is open to additional partnerships and to increase circulation of the e-book throughout the year.
"The goal is to spread this important information as broadly as we can. There's nothing to be ashamed of. What most people don't know that when you approach the IRS, they respect that and are friendly," she explained.
