The Key West Dive Center, Key West's top center for all things related to Key West diving, is now offering their customers the chance to book the Key West Express ferry from Fort Myers right through the center
Online PR News – 06-October-2009 – – The Key West Dive Center, recognized as Key West Florida's premier center for all Key West diving and Key West snorkeling trips, will now begin offering their customers the chance to book the Key West Express ferry right through the center, allowing Key West scuba diving visitors the chance to plan a large portion of their vacation right through the Key West Dive Center. Visitors coming to Key West for a Key West diving excursion can take the ferry instead of driving the four-plus hours to traverse the Florida Keys and reach the country's southernmost island, Key West.
The Key West Express Ferry runs daily trips from Fort Myers Beach down to Key West, transporting over a hundred travelers each day. The ferry is a million-dollar multi-deck luxury ferry that offers guests a variety of seating options, flat screen TVs, a galley, and a bar.
Like its sister company Best On Key West, the Key West Dive Center will be offering round trips on the Key West Express for the rate of $130 for adults and $120 for seniors. The center will offer packaged deals with the Key West Express ferry and Key West scuba diving or Key West snorkeling trips. Currently, the Key West diving trips the center runs include morning wreck-and-reef dives and afternoon dual-reef dives. Their Key West snorkeling trips head out to various spots on the Key West coral reef system including the popular Eastern Dry Rocks area.
"The point of the Key West Dive center has been to offer visitors the ultimate Key West diving experience and now that we can offer a ride down to Key West on the ferry, we can provide our customers with a more comprehensive sort of Key West vacation," explains Key West Dive Center office manager Leslie Major.
The Key West Dive Center has been operating for almost ten years now, providing Key West travelers with various types of Key West diving trips including the Dive-In-A-Day Resort Course offered to non-certified divers.
