Social House Hosts Halloween Party in Support of Local Breast Cancer Organization

A percentage of the evening's proceeds benefited The Pink Angels Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides support to local breast cancer patients.

Online PR News – 08-November-2016 – ST. LOUIS – Local sports bar, Social House Soulard, hosted their first annual Haunted Halloween Party and Contest on Fri., October 28.

In support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a percentage of the evening’s proceeds benefitted The Pink Angels Foundation. The event also honored longtime friend and restaurant consultant, Rob Olsen’s mother, who is a breast cancer survivor.

The Pink Angels Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides support to local individuals diagnosed with breast cancer. Social House is proud to partner with this incredible organization and looks forward to working with them again in the future.

DJ Dan C hosted the night full of dancing, delicious food, and festive cocktails. At the heart of the party was the bodypainting contest with eight stunning contestants vying for over $2,000 in prizes. Sponsors of the event included Christina White Salon, Doctors on the GO, Eternal Ink, and Sparadise Nails.

The evening’s grand prize winner was Nicola, cleverly painted as Venom from the Marvel Universe. Amera took second place as Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. In third place was Paige, with her beautiful butterfly-inspired paint.

Social House would like to congratulate the winners and thank all of the lovely ladies who participated. A special thank you also goes out to Laura and Grace Hanser, who provided their breathtaking body paint artistry to make the evening possible.

Due to the evening’s success, Social House Soulard plans to make the Haunted Halloween Party and Contest an annual event.

Social House is located at 1551 S. 7th Street in Soulard and is open to the public and for private parties from 11 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays
