Bill and Coo’s renowned Chef Kostakos Athinagoras opened his kitchen to 3 awarded Chefs that offered exclusive experiences of High Gastronomy, with a creative 5 dishes menu combining Greek and International Haute cuisine savors.
Facing Bill and Coo restaurant’s spectacular sunset and the Aegean Sea views, guests experienced ultimate gourmet experiences combining fine-dining and wine-tasting with a wine-list selected by the acclaimed Sommelier Konstantinos Kritharas.
The new Gastronomy and Wine-Tasting Festival in Mykonos was inaugurated by 3 generations of Greek and International Chefs inviting guests to discover the genuine side of fine-ding and haute cuisine in Mykonos:
As 1st guest, the awarded Chef Maouro Peressini, experienced in Michelin stars’ restaurants and Head Chef of restaurant Captain’s House in the Grand Resort Lagonissi Hotel.
The 2nd guest was Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, the talented Creator of Tastes of Restaurant in Santorini “Perivoli” who has worked in the most exclusive 3stars restuarnats of the planet, such as Michel Bras, Bristol Restaurant Eric Fresson and Spondi.
Finally, the 3rd guest was awarded Chef Vassilios Herouveim who has worked closely with Christoforos Peskias and Alain Parodi.
Each date of the new gastronomic journey in Mykonos was a culinary awakening to the most authentic and exceptional savors!
