Online PR News – 29-September-2009 – – Lloyds Finance Group, a major international financial organization, completed financing the third phase of a Mega Power Project. The total capital cost of the Project is 876 Million EUR.
The project consists of three adjacent stations. The project’s three facilities are integrated through an innovative sharing of equipment and infrastructure that are common to all plants.
Lloyds Finance Group stated, “Working closely with the Project Principal has been critical to the structuring of the financing, as it required meeting the needs of more than 20 participating corporate entities.”
In addition to the arranger, Lloyds Finance Group and its associate Corporate Entities, the Banks participating in the deal include: Bayern LB, Fortis and Societe Generale.
