Chris Bennett and Maestro Dino Zonic Host Hooray for Hollywood Event at Iconic Loretta Young Estate

Grammy nominated singer Chris Bennett and Maestro Dino Zonic to host an evening of music & entertainment to benefit the Palm Springs High School Arts Institute.

Online PR News – 06-October-2016 – Palm Springs, CA – On Thursday, October 20, 2016, Grammy nominated singer Chris Bennett and world acclaimed Maestro Dino Zonic will present "Hooray for Hollywood," an evening of red carpet Hollywood glamour, music, and entertainment to benefit the Arts Institute at Palm Springs High School.

A red carpet walk and photo op begins at 5:30pm, followed by an opportunity to mingle while enjoying h’orderves provided by TRIO restaurant as well as wine, champagne and specialty BuzzBox and Crater Lake Vodka cocktails from the host bar. Explore the iconic Deepwell Estates home of 3-time Emmy award winning actress Loretta Young as her classic films play in the courtyard.

Guests will enjoy a special performance by "The Suits," playing jazz from the 1920's to present. The 5-piece band is comprised of 16 and 17-year-old Palm Springs High School Arts Institute students: Brian Conroy on Bass, Maddie Barton on sax, Emerson Noble on Trumpet, Ian Janssen Eager on Keys and Javier Molina on drums.

Joining The Suits' performance, as special guests will be the event hosts themselves -- two of the music and art culture industry greats:

- Grammy nominated singer, pianist, composer Chris Bennett who has just released SAIL AWAY: The TAHITI SESSIONS, her 11th studio CD recording, securing a revered place as one of an intimate handful of successors to Peggy Lee, June Christy, Shirley Horn, Anita O’Day and the classic American female jazz vocalists.

- World acclaimed conductor, composer, and director, Maestro Dino Zonic, a Sarajevo native named the Cultural Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who earned the title of the Balkans’ most prominent composer, conductor, and director with the objective to inspire the human spirit to action.
