Innovative New Trade Show Exhibit Product Voted First By 60% of Judges
Online PR News – 29-October-2010 – – ST. PAUL - The Arrive® Portable Displays & Workstation was the runaway winner of the 2010 Skyline Online Best New Product Contest.
Judges were asked to choose their favorites from among three new Skyline products launched in the past year. Candidates included the Arrive Portable Display & Workstation, the Occasions™ Custom Modular Table, and the Envoy® Exhibit System. 124 judges participated in the contest.
Arrive garnered an astounding 60% of the first-place votes. Many judges selecting Arrive noted its elegant looks, portability, and time-saving set up. “The name of the game right now is getting a nice display in place with the least amount of hassle and cost,” said Peter Oswald of Perma-Bound. “The portability factor and/or less weight are important features.”
The judges also appreciated how Arrive converts from a single shipping case that holds an entire 10-foot display into a full-featured workstation. “The Arrive design is a great idea,” said Jaclyn Isaac of QPharma. “So many of my employees complain about the drayage and having to wait for them to return boxes. This solves those problems. Very creative.”
As incentive to judge the contest, Skyline offered a prize of a free 10-foot display or a credit of $6,000 towards a larger trade show exhibit. The winner of the free display is Miranda Pauken of Savage & Associates. She voted for Arrive as the best new Skyline product for 2010. “The Arrive Portable Display & Workstation is genius,” noted Pauken. “Perfect! Congrats on a great product!”
Judges also praised the two other new products in the contest. “The portability and ease of set-up made the Occasions Custom Modular Table Top Display extremely attractive,” said Scott Phillips of Forrest College about the second-place winner. In regards to the Envoy Exhibit System, the third place contest winner, judge Ron Bucher of MeSH Background Screening Services said, “The Envoy is absolutely magnificent. It can be reconfigured in different ways for different venues. Because it's modular, it gives the appearance of being very large yet I suspect it stores "small" and is relatively quick to assemble. Very cool.”
