Online PR News – 30-July-2016 – Kenai, AK – Rick Koch, candidate for Alaska State House Representative, District 30, announces a new campaign website at rickkochforhouse.com.
"A cornerstone of why I am running for office is to support, and work diligently towards, the adoption of law that establishes a State Spending Plan, including a spending cap," said Koch.
