True Stories at the Deer Camp and in the Woods is a collection of short stories about family friends. They are true stories that relate how families can have fun together. It shows how dads and their children and grandchildren enjoy each other and learn about nature and hunting, passing on these skills to the next generation. This book tells of the real-life adventures that have happened to all of us who have hunted or camped together. It adds humor in the midst of fear and brings joy to stressful situations, such as the beaver that could have chewed the legs off the hunters in the lake.
