Mr. Binlan will commence his tenure at Distech Financial starting next month

Binlan, President of Investments and Markets at a top Investment Bank, has joined the Company's Board of Directors. Concurrent with Mr. Binlan's appointment, Kong Fei and Luo Jiang have left the Board.

The Asian Investments and Markets business of the company provides services in M&A, equity and debt capital raising, lending, trading, risk management, research, and liquidity and payments management. Mr. Binlan has extensive industry knowledge, with over two decades of experience in financial markets throughout the world. He joined the firm as executive vice president and head of global sales and trading. Before that, Mr. Binlan was with a top asset manager for over 20 years where most recently he served as co-head of the global securities business and a member of the company's Management Committee and Equities Executive Committee.
With today's announcements, Distech Financial's Board of Directors has 14 members, 7 of whom are independent and not affiliated with the Company.
