It’s a dream of every student to get admission at institutions like IIT or a prestigious Medical College. Around 12 lakh students participate in JEE & around 6 Lakh in NEET every year, but only a few thousand students succeed in securing the admission of their choice. While a lot of hard work goes into these preparations, what is more important is individual and personalized guidance on areas of improvement that can help shape an effective exam strategy. The platform now offers a solution to such students, based on extensive research and inputs from highly-experienced Coaching faculty, backed by rich analytics and insights. This analysis can easily be shared with Students’ own teachers within the platform.

According to Co-founder & CEO, Mr. Anuragi Raman, “ is an innovative online platform that will help students preparing for NEET, IIT JEE or BITSAT to begin with. Students can take practice tests on the ‘patent-pending’ platform, and work on an action plan to strengthen their specific areas of improvement and exam strategy thereby significantly improving their exam scores. In future CollegeDoors will extend services for additional educational and professional competitive exams. We are ready with most relevant test papers for NEET II – 2016”.

As an example, each mark of the JEE (Main) examination separates about 2,000 - 3,000 students which means that a 1 mark difference translates into a difference of around 2000 - 3000 rank. Therefore, different strategies could result in significant differences in ranks for students of more or less equal standing and preparation. While peer comparisons and test scores give a sense of one’s relative position in class/ coaching / school etc., personalized attention to the details that are specific to a specific student can go a long way in achieving the result she or he deserves. For example taking tests aligned to the study schedule rather than generic prescribed sequence of chapters.

Students should do more of 1. Finding the order of answering subjects/question types that works, 2. Minimizing chances of negative marking, and 3. Reviewing selected questions that really matter. The platform will help students do just that while simultaneously helping them avoid too much focus on a specific subject, section or chapter.

Here are just a few examples of testimonials from real students trying out the platform…

Following are 2015’s already successful students and tried tests on (there are many more):

Sheshansh Agrawal, IIT Bombay, JEE Main 2015 AIR 4 has to say how would have helped him: The portal helps to plan an exact strategy for the exam like time management and ideal order for attempting the paper, this would have really reduced the efforts I had done to do those things, I adopted a brute force approach for my strategy, I tried a new strategy and then the fittest survived,
whereas gives a smarter way to do that. Also as it has many tests, it can help to practice topics.

Divyansh Pareek, IIT Bombay, JEE Main 2015 AIR 5 talks about The graphs and Pie- Charts accompanying the analysis can be EXTREMELY helpful. I have never seen such detailed and step- by-step analysis of each Question's Difficulty and Time-Taken. They give you exact analysis of your performance in just one look and can be a great plus point for everyone using it.

Following are 2016’s Aspirants:

Lakshya Kumar: Perfect representation of JEE Mains examination level. Analysis is helpful to enhance our strategy.

Isha Singla: It was a good experience to use the College Doors platform. Questions are really good. The analysis report is really nice. This helped me to understand my weak areas. Really nice experience and would love to continue with the test series.
