Red Shield Financial announces joint venture plans in Korea

Red Shield Financial today announced that it has received approval from the Korean Securities Regulatory Commission to establish a joint venture in Korea.

Online PR News – 13-May-2016 – HONG KONG – Red Shield Financial, for the first time, will be able to offer a wide range of investment services to domestic mainland Korean clients. The new joint venture will be in partnership with a recently established domestic securities firm.

Red Shield Financial will be offering tax efficient offshore solutions, among other things, brokering and trading in ‘A’ shares and ‘A’ share convertible bonds.

Red Shield Financial are expected to underwrite locally listed ‘A’ share transactions and RMB-denominated corporate bonds and convertible bonds, as well as offer domestic financial advisory and other services.
