(ALBANY, NY) – The New York Capital Region chapter of the American Marketing Association (NYCRAMA) announces its May Luncheon, \"Defining Your Culture”, Thursday, May 19, 2016 at The Century House, 997 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110, from 11:30am – 1:15pm. NYCRAMA invites founder and partner of CultureTalk and Allegory Studios, Theresa Agresta, to discuss the definition of culture and explore its importance within an organization.

Agresta suggests that culture is the critical element that can make or break strategic initiatives for an organization. During her talk, attendees will be given an introduction to archetypes in organizations and be guided through a framework to define and discuss organizational culture. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how to apply culture to strategic initiatives including branding, communications, mergers and acquisitions, recruitment and retention and more.

Theresa Agresta is an expert facilitator who works to further the goals of executives, professionals, and the organizations they lead, using exceptional listening skills to uncover core beliefs and translate them into inspiring visions and effective strategies. Theresa is the founder and partner of two companies, CultureTalk, an online suite of survey tools, and Allegory Studios, a creative studio.
