Online PR News – 11-October-2010 – – Technology startup Techtillion announced today that it has launched a vacation rental listing site (www.worldwiderentals.com) that enables homeowners and rental managers to list vacation properties for free.
The free service, still in beta, allows rental owners to post up to five photos and extensive property descriptions of vacation rentals from anywhere around the world. Techtillion spokesman Rob Balander reported "As the site gains traction, we will be adding advanced features and tools. WorldwideRentals.com is positioned to become the premiere vacation rental destination."
While there are many websites that cater to the vacation rental community, most charge a fee to list the properties. Conversely, WorldwideRentals.com will be supported through advertising and strategic partnerships. Balander added "Property owners are searching for more efficient and economical ways to advertise their rental properties and we intend to address that need."
In addition to vacation property listings, the site aims to be a valuable travel resource with local and regional tourist information, in-depth vacation articles and useful travel tips.
