The Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo is hosting a guided nature hike in the scenic, preserved areas of the Chiquita Ridge Open Space, in the South Orange County Community of Ladera Ranch. This moderate to strenuous hilly two-mile hike will offer expansive views of Ladera Ranch on one side and native grasslands and rolling hills in their golden fall splendor on the other.

Space is limited to the first 20 people who register their participation.

Professional Botanist Tony Bomkamp will be conducting the hike, and will share interesting facts about the plants and animals that reside in the indigenous Coastal Sage Scrub habitat of Chiquita Ridge.
