Stephanie Tran helps people lose weight using a little-known technique that is safe and effective.
Online PR News – 04-October-2010 – – EFT with Stephanie announces a new Meetup group to help people overcome their weight issues. With so many people still struggling to lose weight these days, Stephanie Tran is on a mission to educate people about the deeper emotional issues that cause these weight problems.
The Weight Loss Support Meetup group meets every Monday at 6:30 pm in San Leandro, California. During these meetings people will learn a method called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to lose weight and keep it off permanently. EFT is a simple, yet powerful process that has been used for many years on a variety of issues. In regards to weight loss, it allows people to acknowledge the underlying negative emotions and helps to eliminate the urge to overeat.
“EFT is an excellent method for people who have tried all types of diets, eat healthy, and even exercise on a regular basis, but when they feel stressed out or emotional, they tend to overeat, says Stephanie Tran. “My clients have had positive experiences as a result of using EFT. Even people who are skeptical have seen for themselves how easy EFT can be applied to the problems they face in life, including weight loss.”
The cost to attend the Weight Loss Support Meetup group is $25 per session. Space is limited, so those who plan to attend each Meetup must RSVP by visiting: http://www.meetup.com/Weight-Loss-support/
