This duo features Pedro Ribeiro and Gabriel Moreira, former members of Moulinex and On a Plain. This release is available for posting, sharing and free  download in . Throughout "This Station is Oval", Gabriel's strings (Mandolin, folk guitar, electric guitar) merge with the synthesizers, theremin, didgeridoo, drabuka and other ethnic  music instruments played by Pedro. 

Pedro Ribeiro (Co-producer of MAU´s latest cd "Back-seat love songs and former Moulinex) and Gabriel Moreira (former On a Plain and Spitout) explore in these five tracks soundscapes the combination of electronic music (drum and bass, dub, ambient, downtempo) with folk, rock, experimental music and post-rock, amongst others. To celebrate this release, ZARE bring to life the single "Times My New Roman", track chosen for the the video clip now available at - also, their new website and CD have been seen and downloaded more than 2000 times in 2 weeks and they have been featured on several portuguese radios!

The band's creative, irreverent and independent attitude is reflected in the conception of this release (production, recording, mixing, mastering, graphic design, video-clip and promotion) which is totally made by the band.

Zare are now promoting this release in the UK, having already played in several electronic parties and venues in London and are looking for venues throughout the world to play and promote even more their new release. Their unexpected live show allows the listener to travel through different scenarios, where the music is blended in an organic and cinematic way, with several dance-friendly and improvised moments.

This project comes from Viseu ( Portugal ) and is now based in London. Its elements have played in the biggest venues and festivals in Portugal (Culturgest, Vilar de Mouros, Lux, Musicbox, Maus Habitos, Plano B), and showcased in the main FNAC stores in Portugal. Zare has also made soundtracks for theatre and television and played with some of the Portuguese major bands.
