The Top Workplaces program is based off employee feedback gathered by a survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLP. Workplace Dynamics, LLP is a leading research firm that focuses on organizational health and employee engagement. The goal of the survey is to gauge and measure how employees feel about their workplace. The survey questions gave insight to the workplace experience and also allowed for comments and suggestions from employees at New American Funding.
This is the fourth year New American Funding has made the Top Workplaces list, indicating that Rick and Patty Arvieloâ€™s strides to ensure a great corporate culture of family, healthy living and community are working.
