Realtor Trae Dauby to be featured on Dec. 3, 2015 episode of House Hunters, premiering at 9 p.m. CST/10 p.m. EST(repeat airings throughout the holiday season).

Dauby successfully negotiated more than 6 percent off the list price for his buyers.
The episode finished shooting in August and Dauby has been anxiously awaiting its airing debut. His impressions of filming the episode included, “It was interesting to see how the show operates and to meet the crew and hear their unique backgrounds. The filming process was fun, but a lot of work! It was also a great experience to have with the buyers, Tom and Teri, as I got to know them on a deeper level with the extra hours involved.”
House Hunters, which airs on HGTV, takes viewers behind the scenes as homebuyers learn what to look for in a home and decide whether specific properties will match their needs and budget. The show focuses on the emotional experience of finding and purchasing a new home, with each episode portraying the process as buyers search for a home with a licensed, knowledgeable real estate professional. House Hunters often focuses on larger cities, so having the crew in southwest Indiana was a special treat.

Trae also spent four years as a pitcher on the Purdue baseball team.
