• Is a Living Trust appropriate for you?
• How to creditor protect your children’s inheritance
• How to make proper Health Care Directives
• 2015 Estate and Gift Tax Law update
“A significant number of Americans don’t have the most basic estate planning documents, including a will, a living will and financial and medical powers of attorney, needed to protect them,” said Dignam, who has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating by Martindale-Hubbell, for his professionalism and ethics. “That means when they die or become disabled or incapacitated, the courts will be making the decisions for them about who gets what and who's in charge.”
“Many people don't believe they're wealthy enough to need an estate plan," explains Dignam. "But, if you own anything, have a spouse, children or grandchildren, you really should have an estate plan."
Mr. Dignam has been practicing law in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years. A substantial portion of his practice deals with the planning and distribution of clients’ estates including the preparation of wills, living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor-retained income trusts, generation-skipping trusts and charitable remainder unitrusts.
This seminar is free but seating is limited. Please RSVP by calling (239) 337-7888 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Dignam Law is located at 1601 Hendry Street in Fort Myers.
