Jack Schmitt Cadillac Donates $1,250 to Local Chapter Of American Cancer Society

Funds raised will help create greater awareness, fund groundbreaking research, more.

Online PR News – 20-November-2015 – O'FALLON, Ill. – O’FALLON, Ill. – Jack Schmitt Cadillac, a local car dealership that specializes in selling used and new vehicles, recently donated $1,250 to the American Cancer Society Maryville chapter. Community members and proud new Cadillac owners traveled to the dealership’s location throughout the month to show their support.

Jack Schmitt Cadillac donated $50 for every car sold during the month of October. In total, the Jack Schmitt Cadillac staff sold 25 cars and raised a significant amount of money to help aid cancer research.

The used car dealership was excited about the opportunity to give back to the local organization and was eager to help in a big way.

“Giving back to the local community and helping others in need is something that we all take very seriously,” said John Schmitt, Dealer Elect of Jack Schmitt Cadillac. “We were more than happy to help those in need with this donation.”

The money that the local dealership donated will help create more awareness and survivor stories. Donations to the American Cancer Society in Maryville will help fund the groundbreaking research that breast cancer currently needs, along with providing free comprehensive information and support to all of those who have encountered this disease.
