HRBoss Crowned Best Talent Management Software at HR Vendors of the Year 2015

The award highlights the Cloud-based software vendor’s position as a trustworthy partner for organisations in Singapore & beyond.

Online PR News – 12-November-2015 – Singapore – Today HRBoss, Asia-based HR software provider used by leading government organisations to enterprises and institutions, announced that its workforce analytics and planning platform, EmployeeBoss, has been awarded Gold for Best Talent Management Software by Human Resources magazine, the leading HR publication house in Asia.

This news follows HRBoss recent announcement that they closed out a US $2 M growth funding led by Malaysia’s financial and IT services conglomerate, Pacific & Orient Berhad.

Recognising and celebrating the best of service providers for HR professionals, Vendors of the Year (VOTY) is a prestigious award ceremony that honours the most esteemed HR Vendors and promotes excellence across the plethora of HR services and solutions. A total of 32 award categories this year, each award winner was reviewed by a field of HR leaders from Asia’s biggest employers. Winners were announced at the awards gala on 4 November 2015 at the InterContinental Hotel, Singapore.

“The judging process this year was challenging, as the winners of every category proved to our jury that they are resolved to delivering the HR standards across Asia to greater heights,” said Justin Randles, Group Publisher of Human Resources.

“The number of companies that submitted entries this year far exceeded that of previous years. HRBoss stood out in the Best Talent Management Software category. That, along with the fantastic turn out of the HR industry on the awards night, suggests that the HR Vendors of the year Awards will continue to grow in Asia.”

Before HRBoss, Asian business owners were forced to adopt US or Europe-centric technology platforms that could not perform across legal jurisdictions or local regulatory demands, let alone meet the demands of the Asian end-user. HRBoss is the first and only cloud-business platform built in Asia with dedicated local language support and in-country data hosting flexibility.

Bernie Schiemer, CEO & Founder of the fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Singapore commented, “We are extremely pleased to be awarded this prestigious title. With an Asian-first philosophy, we fought very hard to overcome the challenges of building a suite of affordable workforce solutions that work in Asia. To be named Best Talent Management Software is a clear vindication of the confidence our customers has in our ability to deliver effective localised data-driven solution in enabling their Talent management strategies.”

Schiemer continued, “It’s extremely rewarding to know that we were up against really strong competition so to be recognised as an industry leader alongside the biggest names is truly a milestone for us. Well done and congratulation to all winners and finalists.”

HRBoss was also awarded Silver for Best Applicant Tracking System category. Details about the VOTY 2015 and the complete list of winners and finalists are available at
