Online PR News – 12-November-2015 – ST. LOUIS – Katie’s Pizza and Pasta Osteria, a local Italian eatery, will be hosting a Pizza Takeover event with Sugarfire Smoke House from Mon., November 16 until Sun., November 22 at their Rock Hill location.
Guests will enjoy a specialty pizza, which comprises of pulled pork, Memphis marinara, collard greens, and smoked mozzarella.
“We are excited to partner with Sugarfire Smoke House to host this Pizza Takeover event,” said Katie Lee Collier, owner of Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria. “We love working with local St. Louis companies and organizations, and we know this will be a fun week for all.”
Sugarfire was built from the use of local, fresh ingredients used by world-trained chefs and pit masters. Their award-winning barbeque is exceptional and will leave patrons’ taste buds wanting more. Sugarfire has extended their reach and now serves their dishes in five different locations with another location coming soon to downtown St. Louis.
Not only does Sugarfire offer traditional dishes such as baby back ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket, but they also offer unique dishes like smoked fried artichokes with lemon aioli, jalapeno cheddar sausage link, and smoked salmon. Their many unique dessert items are also made in-house from scratch every day.
Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria is open every day from 11 a.m. to midnight and features Happy Hour specials from 4 to 6 p.m. Carry-outs are also available.
