The first ever housing colony for Indian Mariners in Sec 123 Mohali will have 200 independent expandable villas on a plot area of 300 sq. yd. each with a built up area of 1850 sq. ft.
Online PR News – 25-September-2010 – – The demand for high quality of living and high end facilities is gradually increasing. In tune with this demand, Mariners Buildcon India Ltd (MBIL), a Delhi-based Real Estate Company working for the Indian Mariners, NRIs and High-end Professionals, is constructing its next housing project in the region.
This new project `Mohali Oceanic’ of MBIL coming up on a 25 acres gated area in Sector 123 of Mohali is the first of its kind in the whole region offering around 200 independent expandable villas on a plot area of 300 sq yrds and built up area of 1850 sq ft with very high specifications and great quality work. MBIL has joined hands with M/s Bajwa Developers Pvt. Ltd. (of Sunny Enclave) for providing them with a gated community of 25 acres in Sec 123, Mohali.
Besides its very close proximity to Chandigarh, barely 3.5 Kms from Sec 39, it is one the new low density sectors, hence as per planning it would be relatively sparsely populated as compared to other sectors. Moreover, the internal roads within this sector would be around 40 ft as compared with 28-35 ft in other sectors. To give a comparison, the plotted density within this sector would not be more than 2500 sq yrds per acre as compared with coverage of between 2650-2900 sq yrds / acre in other sectors. Plot density within Mohali Oceanic would be even less than the permissible levels of Sec 123.
The colony will be located barely 2.5 kms from the much talked about 28 floor ISBT in Mohali. It would be just 2-3 kms from Phase-VI Mohali. Sector 123 is located on 200 ft. Ring Road leading through Sector 39 to the Airport. Further developments on this road include a PUDA plotted colony and high schools, hospitals as well as shopping complexes were already existing within a radius of 2.5 kms from the project.
The project will also be more manageable as the Government of Punjab has reduced the minimum required area for a plotted housing colony from the existing 100 acres to a more reasonable 25 acres.
Mohali Oceanic, an exclusive colony for Mariners, will undoubtedly be one of the most prestigious projects coming up in the Tricity, and like all other projects of MBIL, this project will also focus on providing high quality of living and all the high end facilities to its dwellers.
