Due to these horrific incidents at a young age, Paramjeet’s innocent mind is filled with hatred for the society and he starting labeling his cousin brother and aunt in the list of torturers. Later, he develops an indifferent view about every person living in the society. This novel tells us that in India 7 out of 10 children are subject to sexual harassment by their relatives.
