Online PR News – 13-October-2015 – Philadelphia, PA – One in 600 are the odds beaten by Lindy Communities’ Towers at Wyncote, this year’s first-place winner at the 2015 Best in Apartment Living Awards. Presented by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, the awards are an acknowledgement of excellence within apartment communities located in the metropolitan Philadelphia and New Jersey regions. In recent years, the organization has added a Top Ten category to further spotlight communities that exceed expectations in all measurable areas, including caliber of management, marketing achievements and what residents care about most, amenities, convenience and security.
Winners were celebrated at a ceremony in mid-September, where more than 75 area apartment communities received accolades in a number of categories. The Towers at Wyncote was the evening’s biggest winner, nabbing the coveted first-place award as the very best multifamily community in Philadelphia and New Jersey. This unmatched industry honor testifies to the Lindy family’s 75-year history of offering the highest standards of apartment living, as well as sustainability and philanthropy.

This is an especially remarkable acknowledgement as we are only halfway through the renovations.”
