Online PR News – 23-September-2010 – – DALLAS—Dallas intellectual property and commercial litigation attorney Thomas B. Walsh IV of the law firm Fish & Richardson has again earned a spot on the prestigious 2010 Texas Super Lawyers listing of the state’s top attorneys.
Mr. Walsh’s selection to the 2010 Texas Super Lawyers list marks the fourth consecutive year that he has been singled out by peers in the legal community and Super Lawyers research staff for inclusion among the list of top lawyers in Texas.
To compile the annual Texas Super Lawyers listing, researchers solicit nominations from the more than 70,000 attorneys across Texas. The nominees are vetted by Super Lawyers researchers, and a blue-ribbon panel of lawyers assists with final selections. Fewer than 5 percent of all Texas lawyers earn the distinction each year.
Mr. Walsh, a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, is a Principal at the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson where he maintains a broad civil litigation practice, including intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented several nationally-known companies in his trial practice, and has been named among the region’s best lawyers by voters in D Magazine for three consecutive years and twice among the list of Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
The 2010 Texas Super Lawyers list will be featured in the October edition of Texas Monthly and in Texas Super Lawyers magazine, which is published by Thomson Reuters, Legal Division.
