Ms. Wipf will take on the role of Vice President, Advisory Services, reporting to President Keith Forshew. She brings her extensive consulting experience to PDG to further grow the PDG advisory services capabilities. Ms. Wipf brings over 25 years of global experience in Life Sciences, outsourcing, and organizational development. She has a unique ability to create a strategic vision while focusing on delivering tangible results in challenging business environments. Before joining PDG, she was the Vice President of Operations at The Right Thing, an ADP company and the Executive Director of Global Recruitment at AstraZeneca. Ms. Wipf was also a Principal at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where her focus was in change management, organization architecture, project management process development, and implementation. Ms. Wipf has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Delaware, a Masters of Education from the University of Vermont, and an MBA from Northeastern University.
