Attorney Tom Doehrman Elected to the AAJ Board of Governors from Indiana

Attorney Thomas C. Doehrman has been elected by the Indiana Trial Lawyers to represent the state as a member of the Board of Governors for AAJ.

Doehrman has been elected by the Indiana Trial Lawyers to represent the state as a member of the Board of Governors for the world’s largest trial bar organization, the American Association for Justice (AAJ). This is the second consecutive term Tom has served on the Board of Governors, and he is grateful to all his colleagues to elect him to represent Indiana’s trial bar before the national committee. Tom was sworn into the Board of Governors this past July at the annual convention in Montreal, Quebec for a three year term. Tom is a long-time supporter of AAJ, which advocates for access to courtrooms and justice for all people, no matter their backgrounds or economic status.

Tom explains the purpose of serving on the Board of Governors for AAJ: “The American Association for Justice seeks to protect our country’s most vulnerable people. We advocate and lobby for corporate accountability to keep consumers safe. We hold corporations, including the pharmaceutical companies and automobile companies, responsible when they make billions of dollars in profits selling unsafe drugs, medical devices or cars. Additionally, AAJ is the governing body of the plaintiff’s bar, where we support and assist our colleagues across the nation to ensure the highest ethical standards of our profession.”

Attorney Thomas C.
