These industrial buildings are conveniently located off 77th Ave and Brighton Road with access to Highway 85 in unincorporated Adams County. The buildings were constructed in the early 1980’s and have 45 service bays, offices, parts warehouse, and sales/service counters. The seller was GEP Investment, Inc. The purchaser was Bruckner Truck Sales, a regional Mack Truck dealership with 22 locations across the western states. Matt Call and John Witt of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer. This deal successfully closed in June 2015.
