All defective merchandise, unless otherwise defined on this page, are eligible for replacement within six (6) months from the original purchase date. This six (6) month warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage caused to your solar case or your phone device by improper installation, misuse or mistreatment. Opening up the internals of your solar case will void any original manufacturer warranty and you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for your device, and its functionality or lack thereof.

All Solar Case products are tested as part of quality assurance to ensure the highest quality products.

Replacement Policy

Up to Six (6) Months After Receiving the solar case:
All defective products, are eligible for replacement within six (6) months from the original purchase date. Return shipping for your defective product is not paid by Solar Case. All returned replacements must be in the mail within seven (7) business days for your return to be eligible for a refund.

Refund/Return Policy

Up to Seven (7) Days After Receiving Item:
If you are unhappy with a product you may return it within seven (7) days of receiving your solar case for a full refund less the actual cost of shipping, discounts or coupons used. Item(s) must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees if a refund is desired.

Any returns mailed to Solar Case after seven (7) days will not be accepted. Product(s) beyond the seven (7) day return policy are covered by our six (6) month replacement warranty and are eligible for replacement if the parts are defective.

Order Discrepancies

Up to Seven (7) Days After Receiving Item:
Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy (i.e. missing products) within seven (7) days from the day you receive your order. All discrepancies will be investigated and resolved accordingly.

Parts Physically Damaged During Shipment

Up to Seven (7) Days After Receiving Item:

If your package arrives in a compromised state after shipment, or if your parts are visibly damaged after opening your package, contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receipt. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund from Solar Case, only a replacement will be offered. Please submit a photo of the item(s) in question to our online support team at support@solarcase.com.au and they will provide you with further information regarding your shipment.

Packages Lost or Stolen

All packages lost or stolen are the responsibility of Courier Please Pty Ltd once the parcels have been collected from the Solar Case warehouse. Solar Case will not resend the lost or stolen item(s). All parcels will have assigned tracking numbers so it will be very rare if a parcel is lost or stolen. If you are still in need of the missing order, simply place a new order online for the part(s) desired. Solar Case will contact Couriers Please to find any lost or stolen parcels. If the original order is found, we will accept a return for a refund. Contact our customer service team for information regarding a return.

Shipping Fees & Reimbursement

Shipping fees are included in the price of the solar cases. If the customer wishes to return a defective product within 6 months of purchase, the cost to ship the defective product to Solar Case will be paid by the customer. All returned replacements must be in the mail within seven (7) business days for your return to be eligible for a refund.
