Microsoft Gold Certified CRM Training Firm to Offer New CRM 2011 Material, Portal Accelerator Course in October Bootcamp for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Users

Online PR News – 25-August-2010 – – Cary, NC: Business IT Professionals (Biz IT Pro), a Microsoft Gold Certified CRM training firm, has developed a line of training courses for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 that surpasses the basic functionality requirements of the Microsoft Official Curriculum and allows CRM 4.0 users and technical professionals to effectively utilize and obtain certification in the software while preparing for the upcoming CRM 2011. Because of the recent popularity of their training courses, which have been featured in a series of bootcamps across the nation, Biz IT Pro has opted to offer an October bootcamp in the Triangle area that includes brand new courses and material.

The bootcamp will begin in Raleigh, North Carolina on October 4, 2010. Biz IT Pro’s certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM instructors Tim, Mitch and Steve will teach both customer relationship management professionals and developers basic CRM implementation, and equip them with the skills necessary to handle specific issues that may be encountered in the planning and execution of custom Dynamics CRM projects. As an added bonus, they will incorporate new content and features from the highly anticipated CRM 2011, which will not have an official training curriculum until quarter two of next year.

Biz IT Pro’s initial bootcamp, from October 4 to October 15, will cover 8 days worth of Microsoft training in 6 intense days of certification preparation. It includes the following courses:
• 8911: Implementation and Deployment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
• 8912: Customization and Configuration for Microsoft CRM 4.0
• 8913: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Applications

Upon completion of the certification bootcamp, Biz IT Pro will offer additional training for technical users and .Net developers wishing to become more proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This extended bootcamp, which will take place from October 11 to October 15, includes:
• 80003A: Workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
• 8969: Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for .Net developers

In addition, Biz IT Pro will be offering a brand new course called ADX-PA301: CRM Portal Accelerator Developer Training. This course will allow developers to learn installation, implementation and modification of accelerators for customer service, event and partner portals from the authors of the latest CRM portal accelerators themselves. These portals are based on the new CRM 4.0.12 SDK, built on the technology from award-winning ADXSTUDIO XRM products.

“The nationwide success of our 2010 bootcamps is a testament to the fact that we are running one of the top training programs in the country,” said Steve Noe, president of Biz IT Pro. “Our training personnel are at the head of the industry; they are all full-time, certified CRM experts who use the software on a daily basis. Their experience enables us to provide training that goes far beyond certification requirements to arm customers with solutions to real world CRM issues.” Noe went on to explain that the training doesn’t stop there though: “We offer an extended session after the first in order to provide users who are serious about learning the intricacies of CRM with the skills they need to implement their projects successfully. We’re also adding new courses and material to accommodate the expanding needs of our attendees, who are eager to learn about recent software innovations and the quickly approaching CRM 2011.”
