Gold-Vision CRM to release exciting new features for marketers at TFM&A 2015, better aligning sales and marketing teams.

Gold-Vision’s Outlook email integration, intuitive design, intelligent reporting and flawless integrations with market leading accounting and mapping systems has led the product to be popular with sales teams and managers alike. The new release looks to improve the offering for marketers, whom often look to costly third party suppliers for email marketing, marketing automation and other marketing packages.

Gold-Vision 7 enables marketers to manage all their data within one system, which is also easily accessible to the remainder of the organisation. The launch has improved upon the existing campaign manager, enabling users to create and manage multiple stages, be that inbound, outbound or even multi-channel. Lead scoring has been introduced using Touch Points, allowing marketers to score events such as visiting your contact page or re-tweeting your message. When a set score is reached, this can automatically begin a set of pre-defined activities, be that something as simple as a lead being passed to a member of your sales team, or the beginning of a drip-feed email campaign.

Off-the-shelf integrations with market leading website tracking software such as Lead Forensics and OnMonitoring ensures accurate inbound lead generation. Touch Point scoring allows marketers to determine hot leads from cold, and ensures sales teams value the leads passed from the marketing department. Leads that do not convert immediately, can then be passed back to the marketing team for automated, multi-channel nurture campaigns. And all interactions can be measured and reported on from within Gold-Vision.
