Flippers Pizzeria Unveils Hot New Menu Items

Customers can try them starting this February.

The Mexicana highlights the robust flavors of Mexican cuisine with chipotle sauce ground beef chopped tomatoes yellow onions green peppers roasted red peppers fresh jalapenos sharp cheddar and ranch drizzled on top.

"The Salsiccia Rustica features DOP-certified San Marzano tomatoes pureed with a touch of sea salt, sweet sausage, prosciutto, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, fresh Mozzarella, and finished with fresh oregano and extra-virgin olive oil," said Pfister. "The Mexicana highlights the robust flavors of Mexican cuisine, with chipotle sauce, ground beef, chopped tomatoes, yellow onions, green peppers, roasted red peppers, fresh jalapenos, sharp cheddar, and ranch drizzled on top."

The new Chicken Romano brick fired sandwich isn’t a pizza, but it’s sure to tempt the taste buds of customers. Pfister says it includes fresh marinara sauce, breaded chicken breast, roasted grape tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella, Romano, and fresh basil. It joins the ranks of other tasty sandwiches like the Italian Meatball, Roasted Veggie, Italian Club, Pesto Chicken, and Steak & Cheese. Pfister recommends washing down any of their fresh pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more with an IZZE® Sparkling Juice, a new addition to the pizzeria’s beverage selection.
