Online PR News – 01-February-2015 – London – The start of a New Year and it is an exciting time for Smart Inventory, we are adding a new company that will specialise in maintenance and construction as well as legionnaires testing. Our agents have already registered their interest and we will be visiting them all to discuss their requirements. Smart Inventory are always looking for new ideas and the latest technology that will be of benefit our customers.
As we will have an increased workload it was evident that we would need to employ an additional part time administrator. We have Sam in the office every weekday morning but she will be going on maternity leave in June (so another Grandchild for Steve and Jo). We had a lady in mind who has great customer service skills and to our delight Lisa accepted to come on board, she is currently being trained by Sam and is learning all our systems. Lisa will be working afternoons and when Sam eventually goes on maternity leave Lisa will be working full time. We have all settled well into our new office and enjoying the larger office space.
We have a great team and we will continue to monitor the workload and if necessary will employ additional staff as we want to continue delivering a first class service to our customers.
We are still advertising for additional Inventory clerks, finding the right person is not an easy task, as the job is not as easy as it looks, it involves a great attention to detail, especially when tenants are checking out of a property and deposits are involved, it is a great responsibility and we have a duty of care to the tenant and Landlord to ensure the correct charges are made. I am sure we will find the right person soon and then the training will start ensuring they follow our high standards.
