Unique Home plans Just Released by Top-Rated Design Firm, House Plan Gallery

Online PR News – 19-December-2014 – Mandeville/LA – House Plan Gallery, a Top Rated residential design firm based out of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, is pleased to announce the tenth house plan in the company's new "Southern Traditional" home collection.

The tenth new home design in this series is the HPG-30002B-1 home plan, which is a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home with 3,000 square feet of living space.

Jacki R. from Cedar Hill, TN had built the HPG-30002B-1 home and had this to say: "It has been a dream come true. It's not our first house but it's our house. We love it!

Thank you for the wonderful service your company provided in the beginning so that we could manage to have a such a beautiful home now!"

The Hudson Park is a well-designed plan that is traditional on the outside, with modern convenience on the inside.

The home also features many amenities, including the ever popular "wrap-around" porch which offers a warm and inviting look and provides a great place to relax with family and friends. The entrance through the foyer is open to the second floor above and adjoins the formal dining room.

In addition, the large great room includes a gas log fireplace, built-in cabinets, and views to the rear covered porch. A well-equipped kitchen complete with island and raised bar is another highlight of this plan. The master suite features a trayed ceiling, his and her closets, dual lavatories, jet tub, separate shower, and compartmented toilet. The second floor contains three additional bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closet.

Finally, a large future gameroom is also provided as well as additional floored attic space for storage or future expansion.

"One of the most unique aspects of the HPG-30002B-1 home is its highly-efficient use of space in the floorplan", noted Mark Mathis, president of House Plan Gallery.

"We are proud to be one of the very few home designers that truly understand how precious every single square foot of space is, to a family living in a 3,000 square foot home. We never want our clients to feel like they 'missed out' on a feature that they wanted, just because they needed to choose a smaller home."
