Unique Homeplans Just Released by Top-Rated Design Firm, House Plan Gallery
Online PR News – 17-December-2014 – Mandeville/LA – House Plan Gallery, an Award-winning home design firm based out of South Mississippi, is pleased to announce the second house plan in the company's new "Country" home collection.
The second new home design in this series is the HPG-25002-1 home plan, which is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath home with 2,500 square feet of living space.
Jill H. from Clarksville, TN had built the HPG-25002-1 home and had this to say: "Soon after my husband and I were married, we knew we were going to need a bigger house. I began looking at houseplans on the internet and must have looked at hundreds over 6 months or more.
Everyday, we realize how fortunate we are to live in this beautiful home. It all started with our House Plan Gallery plans, which arrived only 3 days after I ordered them.
Thank you, House Plan Gallery, for improving our quality of life and giving us the home of our dreams."
The Huntington Park http://www.houseplangallery.com/HPG-25002-1 is a well-designed plan featureing upscale features.
The large front and rear porches add plenty of usable outdoor living space, and include easy rear access to the master suite. The expansive great room includes a trayed ceiling and features built-in cabinets and a gas fireplace.
In addition, the spacious kitchen features an oversized island with a large eating bar and breakfast area. The hall bath is equipped with dual lavatories for convenience. The master bedroom has a raised ceiling and opens into the well-equipped bath with dual lavatories, oversized jet tub, and large his and her walk-in closets.
Finally, there is a storage area off the garage for projects and storage, and this house also features a study that could be used as a home office, dining room, or playroom.
"One of the most unique aspects of the HPG-25002-1 home is its highly-efficient use of space in the floorplan", noted Mark Mathis, president of House Plan Gallery.
"We are proud to be one of the very few home designers that truly understand how precious every single square foot of space is, to a family living in a 2,500 square foot home. We never want our clients to feel like they 'missed out' on a feature that they wanted, just because they needed to choose a smaller home."
