He’s likewise cooked for global public luminaries including Queen Elizabeth II. Apart from continuing to hone his skills in the kitchen, lately Chef Leong has expanded into the fields of culinary educator, mentor and consultant. Chef Sam Leong was earned him numerous of precious awards as “Five Star Diamond Award” in 2008 by American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, “Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year 2009” in regional category during World Gourmet Summit, Singapore.
