PHS Datasafe re-brands to PHS Recordsmanagment in order to reflect the wider range of services offered by the leading records management company
Online PR News – 09-August-2010 – – PHS Datasafe is looking good after an extensive makeover. The entire business has been treated to a new image from top to toe, including a name change to PHS Recordsmanagement. Why? Because it’s worth it!
Since being acquired by PHS Group in 2008, the leading records management company has hardly had time to catch its breath so a bit of pampering is long overdue. The new name more accurately represents the facilities on offer - not merely securely storing documents and records but also managing the files, storing media and computer back up tapes, advising clients on destruction dates, all backed up by an efficient retrieval service, in as little as 2 hours.
So, following a little nip and tuck, it’s out with PHS Datasafe and in with PHS Recordsmanagement as the company celebrates its accomplishments and looks forward to future success. However, clients needn’t worry because, whatever the look, the same great service remains constant.
Along with the new name the brand colour has also been changed. Staff uniforms are now green and vehicles are sporting new livery. Even the literature has been spruced up and the website has been given a spring clean at its new address – www.recordsmanagment.co.uk.
It’s about time PHS Recordsmanagement had some special treatment - the re-branding exercise follows a very busy period. In the last two years, three new strategic state-of-the-art storage facilities have been created, allowing UK-wide coverage and new recruits have been drafted in to learn from experienced team members, providing a competent and dedicated service for its expanding client base.
PHS Recordsmanagement’s Commercial Director, Nick Burke is keen to let everyone know the new look hasn’t gone to its head. “The important thing is that even though we’ve improved our corporate image our core values remain the same. Our clients’ needs will always be our first priority, making sure we continue to deliver a first class service every time.
“We wanted to re-brand the business to reflect the complete range of services we provide,” says Nick. “It’s also an opportunity to refresh our image and take the business forward as we look to invest further in our infrastructure and service.” The latest investment in PHS Recordsmanagment comes in the form of a bespoke customer online access system, Pinpoint, which is about to be launched. It has been designed in response to client requirements and makes access to their accounts even easier.
