Online PR News – 09-September-2014 – New York/New York – The Irish Academy of Public Relations announced today (Sept 8, 2014) that it has entered into a formal agreement with World Trade Centre Santiago. This agreement will see the Academy’s online PR course promoted throughout Chile.
‘Chile is an important market for us and helps us to extend our reach in Latin America. We are very pleased – and very proud – of this new association. We have established a great relationship with WTC Santiago and I am sure we will be working together for many years to come,’ remarked Ellen Gunning, Director of The Irish Academy of Public Relations at the launch today.
Matias Perez, General Manager of World Trade Centre Santiago said, ‘I’m very happy about our new association with The Irish Academy of Public Relations. As part of the World Trade Centre network, coupled with their successful links with WTC Montevideo, it makes sense to make the Academy’s courses available to our clients here in Chile. Because the course is available online in Spanish, education in public relations will be more accessible and it will help to improve our members’ businesses. ’
This agreement follows the Academy’s announcement earlier this year that the World Trade Centre in Montevideo would be promoting their courses across Uruguay and Paraguay.
The Academy’s online course in public relations is available through five different languages; English, Spanish, French, Polish and Russian. Established over 20 years ago, the Irish Academy of Public Relations has graduates in over 30 countries around the world. Courses include public relations, event management, journalism, social media marketing and grammar.
